The Hardened Steel Extruder Gear Assembly is made of hardened steel and is an internal component of the extruder unit. It consists of a driven gear and a drive gear, which work together to feed the filament into the hotend.

This extruder gear, manufactured from extremely robust materials, is particularly well-suited for printing with durable engineering filaments such as PAHT-CF and PET-CF and offers long-lasting performance. Should it become necessary due to wear or clogging from prolonged use, users can simply replace the extruder gear without having to replace the entire extruder unit.
