It combines extremely high initial adhesion with a smooth surface finish to enable professional results right from the first layer. Thanks to the advanced coating, the use of sticky sticks is a thing of the past.
SuperTack technology: The specialised surface offers exceptional adhesive strength. This is particularly advantageous for models with a small contact area or for long print runs where detachment from the print bed must be avoided at all costs.
No need for adhesive sticks: Thanks to the plate’s high inherent adhesion, applying additional adhesives is no longer necessary. This ensures a clean underside of your printed objects and reduces the cleaning effort required for both the plate and the model.
Smooth surface finish: The SuperTack Pro leaves a mirror-smooth texture on the underside of your components. This is ideal for functional parts or housings where a high-quality appearance and precise fit are required.
Durability and easy maintenance: The plate consists of a robust spring steel core coated with the SuperTack layer. It is resistant to the printer’s thermal cycles and can be easily bent after cooling to safely remove the models.
Optimised for low temperatures: As the name Cool Plate suggests, this plate is optimised for printing at low heated bed temperatures. This saves energy and protects temperature-sensitive printer components during long PLA prints.
