The Induction Hotend Rack Control Board is the central control unit of the Vortek system, responsible for coordinated motion control and high-precision status feedback. It incorporates a driver circuit that precisely controls the rack motor, thereby enabling the automatic picking up and depositing of the hotend assembly. It also processes feedback signals from the hotend docking unit and the homing Hall sensor to ensure precise positioning of the hotend and calibration of the rack alignment.
