Bambu Lab - P2S/H2 Series - High Flow Hotend -

The Bambu High Flow Hotend for the H2 and P2S series is a powerful upgrade specifically designed to push the boundaries of print speed. Thanks to an optimised melt zone, this hotend enables a significantly higher volumetric flow rate, thereby substantially reducing print time whilst maintaining a high level of detail.

True high flow for maximum time savings

The extended melt zone ensures that the filament is melted more quickly and evenly. This results in an increase in maximum volumetric speed of up to 62.5%. In practice, this enables time savings of up to 30% without causing under-extrusion or loss of detail.

High-quality hardened steel nozzle

The hotend is equipped with a hardened steel nozzle, ensuring excellent durability. It is not only suitable for standard materials such as PLA and PETG, but in the larger diameters (0.6 mm and 0.8 mm) it also reliably processes demanding, abrasive filaments such as carbon fibre (CF) or glass fibre (GF) reinforced plastics.

Sharp details at high speed

Precision is maintained despite high print speeds. The design minimises rough surfaces and ensures sharp edges, even when the printer is operating at full acceleration. This makes the upgrade ideal for functional prototypes and industrial components that are needed quickly.

Quick-change design

The hotend follows Bambu Lab’s user-friendly design and can be swapped out in just a few simple steps. This allows for flexible switching between different nozzle sizes to optimally adapt the printer to the respective project.

Important compatibility notes:

The hotend is compatible with the H2D, H2S, H2C and the P2S series.

On the H2D model, the hotend can be used for both the left and right nozzles.

On the H2C model, the hotend is supported exclusively on the left (liftable) side.

Currently, the H2 dual nozzle function only supports the combination of nozzles of the same size.
