Bambu Textured PEI Plate Gold

Self-release after cooling

PEI is ideal for 3D printing due to its ability to withstand the repeated heating and cooling cycles of the print bed. The prints release effortlessly once the heated bed temperature returns to room temperature. It is recommended to wait until the heated bed has reached 35°C or below before removing the prints. If a print does stick to the plate, gently bending the steel plate is sufficient to release the model without any problems.

Excellent adhesion in the first layer and improved durability

Following optimisation of the manufacturing process for the Bambu Texture PEI Plate, the plate’s durability has been significantly improved. Adhesion between the prints and the plate has also been significantly increased, meaning that no additional adhesive is required. *In certain cases, adhesive may still be required for very specialised filaments.

Compatibility with various filaments

I not only extends printing options to common materials such as PLA, TPU and PETG, but also enables the printing of high-temperature materials such as ABS and nylon.

Prevention of warping through reliable magnetic adhesion

The Bambu Texture PEI plate is fitted with a 0.5 mm thick stainless steel plate that improves magnetic adhesion. This improvement helps to minimise warping and ensure optimal print quality during 3D printing. This reduces the risk of the first layer peeling off due to warping. It also makes it easier to print larger models using materials prone to warping, such as ABS, PC and nylon.
