The smooth colour transition effect between two colours gives printed models a vibrant and striking visual appearance.
High print speed with a fine finish
Capable of print speeds of up to 300 mm/s (with a 0.4 mm nozzle), whilst maintaining a fine and refined surface finish.
8 to 10 metres gradient length
Smaller models with low filament consumption display a subtle colour gradient, whilst larger models with increased filament consumption exhibit a striking colour gradient.
Excellent layer adhesion
Within the PLA Basic series, the Gradient filament presents a new colour option. It retains the performance of PLA Basic, but is characterised by improved layer adhesion and greater toughness. This significantly reduces the risk of breakage in printed parts.
RFID for smart printing
Experience the future of 3D printing with the Bambu Lab AMS (Automatic Material System). All key print parameters are stored on a handy RFID chip. The 3D printer can read the print parameters automatically. No more fiddly adjustments – simply load your filament and start the print job. Enjoy convenient and time-saving operation without complicated manual settings.
Reusable spool
Bambu Lab’s filament system is designed around an eco-friendly and reusable spool design, reducing plastic waste by at least 20%. Bambu Lab places great emphasis on sustainability, and the packaging material has been carefully selected to minimise the use of non-recyclable materials. Further information on the spool design can be found here. You can also print the spools yourself – the relevant files can be found via this link.
