Bambu PLA Silk is characterised by a silky, extremely glossy surface that gives your prints a luxurious appearance, whilst retaining the ease of use associated with PLA. Compared to other filaments with a silk-like texture, Bambu PLA Silk has been hardened, resulting in increased break resistance during printing. This makes it particularly suitable for decorations, artistic projects and 3D character models, or any parts intended to have a glossy effect.

Adjustable gloss

The gloss intensity of the model printed with Silk material can be controlled by adjusting the print temperature and speed. Higher print temperatures and/or lower speeds are recommended for a glossier surface.
