Polymaker PolyFlex TPU90

PolyFlex TPU90 is a filament based on thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) that offers a high degree of flexibility without compromising printability. With high resistance to ultraviolet light, this filament is perfectly suited to demanding applications in a wide range of environments.

The Shore hardness of this new TPU is 90A and the elongation at break is 638.8% ± 15.5. This results in printed parts with incredible toughness, capable of stretching more than 6 times their original length before breaking. It offers greater elasticity than PolyFlex TPU95 (Shore hardness 95A) whilst maintaining the same printability, thanks to an improved melt index. Its UV resistance opens the door to outdoor applications where flexibility and durability are required.
