Ultimaker ABS
Ultimaker ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) has been developed to minimise warping and ensure consistent adhesion between layers. ABS material is a good choice for producing functional prototypes and complex functional parts.
Ultimaker ABS is optimised to be easier to print than other ABS filaments:
- Good adhesion between layers, particularly when printing with the front closed
- Temperature-resistant up to 85 °C
- Enables aesthetic detail that rivals injection-moulded parts
- Dual extrusion with a choice of 10 ABS colours or with Breakaway support material
ABS offers engineers a cost-effective method for development cycles, allowing them to quickly design, print and test prototypes before moving into mass production.
