Description

Shining 3D EinScan Rigil - 3D Scanner

The Shining 3D EinScan Rigil is a state-of-the-art, versatile 3D scanner for professional applications, combining precision, flexibility and portability in a single device. As one of the world’s first tri-mode laser 3D scanners with an integrated processing unit and wireless workflow, it sets new standards in professional 3D digitisation.

Thanks to its hybrid light technology combining blue laser lines and infrared VCSEL, the EinScan Rigil is suitable for an exceptionally wide range of applications – from industrial components and reflective or complex surfaces to finely structured objects.

Areas of application:

The EinScan Rigil 3D scanner was developed for a particularly wide range of applications and is suitable for industrial, creative and scientific use alike. Thanks to the combination of laser and infrared scanning, wireless standalone operation and high measurement accuracy, it can be used flexibly – in the office, in the workshop or directly on site at the customer’s premises.

In reverse engineering and product development, the EinScan Rigil enables the precise digitisation of existing components without existing CAD data. Even complex geometries, free-form surfaces and fine technical details are reliably captured and provided as high-resolution 3D models, for example for the reconstruction of spare parts, design optimisation or the digitisation of historical and handcrafted components.

In quality control and inspection, the EinScan Rigil provides precise measurement data for dimensional and geometric inspection. Scanned components can be compared directly with CAD reference data, enabling deviations to be detected at an early stage. This makes the 3D scanner ideal for incoming goods inspection, in-process quality control, and the inspection of tools, moulds and castings.

In mechanical engineering and industrial manufacturing, the EinScan Rigil impresses with its portability and robustness. Large components, machine parts or hard-to-reach areas can be scanned directly on site without dismantling – ideal for assembly analyses, modifications, retrofit projects and the documentation of existing systems.

The EinScan Rigil also demonstrates its strengths in the automotive and aftermarket sectors. Bodywork and interior parts, as well as technical components, can be reliably captured thanks to the laser scanning modes, even on dark or shiny surfaces. Typical applications include the development of accessories and tuning parts, spare parts manufacturing, and the digitisation of classic car components.

In research, development and education, the EinScan Rigil is used for the fast and precise capture of real-world objects. Its intuitive operation and standalone mode make it ideal for training courses, study projects, prototypes, test setups and scientific documentation.

Furthermore, the EinScan Rigil 3D scanner is also suitable for art, design and cultural heritage. Works of art, sculptures and design objects can be digitised contactlessly and in great detail – ideal for archiving, restoration, reproduction and applications in product and industrial design.
