Prusa CORE One

The Prusa Core One is a modern CoreXY 3D printer designed to meet the highest standards of print quality, speed and material versatility. With its robust, fully enclosed housing and active build volume temperature control, it is the ideal machine for professional users, engineers and ambitious makers who want to work reliably even with demanding technical materials such as ASA, PC or nylon.

Enclosed build chamber with active temperature control

The most outstanding feature of the Core One is its enclosed print chamber, which can be actively heated to up to 55 °C. This creates a stable thermal environment that minimises warping during large-format prints or when using materials with high shrinkage. An automatic ventilation system further ensures optimal conditions.

Robust CoreXY construction

The CoreXY kinematics ensure high print speeds and precision by reducing the moving mass. The solid all-metal exoskeleton frame gives the printer exceptional stability and durability, which directly translates into better print quality.

Next-Generation Extruder (Nextruder)

As with the MK4 and XL, the advanced Nextruder is also used here. With its planetary gear (10:1 ratio) and direct-drive design, it offers maximum control over filament feeding. The 360° cooling system enables the printing of steep overhangs (up to 75°) with fewer or even no support structures at all.

Plug-and-play user-friendliness

The Core One is designed for ease of use. It often takes just a few minutes from unpacking to the first print. Fully automatic first-layer calibration using a load cell sensor ensures a perfect start to every print, without the need for manual adjustments.

Compact design, large build volume

Despite its space-saving design, the Core One offers a generous build volume of 250 x 220 x 270 mm, providing ample space for most projects.
