TFC Mould Release Spray with PTFE 300ml

TFC mould release spray with PTFE is used to facilitate and assist the removal of a rigid cast part from a rigid mould, e.g. when pouring plaster casting compounds into one-piece relief moulds made of hard plastic, when demoulding concrete moulds or when casting with wax in rigid candle moulds.

ATTENTION

TFC Mould Release Spray is not suitable for separating silicone from silicone when making multi-part silicone moulds.
In this case, use TFC Release Vaseline or TFC Release Wax.

Impression models, plastic, latex and silicone moulds should be sprayed very lightly with TFC Mould Release Spray before taking impressions or pouring. This creates a micro-fine, invisible PTFE film on the objects or mould walls, which prevents sticking and facilitates easy demoulding.

Application

Shake the can well before use.
Spray evenly from a distance of 15–20 cm, taking care not to apply too much material and avoid drips caused by excess material.
Then allow to dry for approx. 1–2 minutes.
